BMT Defence Services in the Land domain

BMT Defence Services uses its established and proven experience from the naval market sector to provide extensive acquisition support, technical services and design support to the land domain. Working closely with customers at a Tactical level, we provide services to a range of customers, including SMEs, MOD clients and prime contractors.

Our status as an Employee Benefit Trust offers product and solution support free from manufacturing interests. Our work to date has supported both UoR and Core programmes (land platform and system programmes), involved helping  the transition of UOR projects into Core, supporting homeland defence capability delivery and the acquisition and support of C-IED Avoid, Destroy and Exploit technology solutions. We have also used our extensive knowledge in Technology Management and Integration to reduce the burden on soldiers, exploit novel weapon solutions such as Electric Armour and explore Unmanned Ground and Air vehicle options.
